Draft — under review. pixGravity is in early access, and this page will be finalised before general availability.

What we collect

  • Account details from sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture, and the team workspaces you belong to.
  • What you give pixGravity to work with: your requests, answers to questions, uploaded images and your brand profile.
  • What pixGravity makes for you: plans, briefs, generated images, videos, audio and copy, and their versions.
  • Usage and billing records: credit reservations, charges and releases, plan and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by pixGravity.
  • Social accounts you connect for posting (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube): the account's name and id, and the access token the network issues, stored encrypted and used only to publish what you ask to post. Disconnecting an account deletes its token; see data deletion.

How it's used

To plan and create the content you ask for, to apply your brand to it, to keep your projects and history available to your workspace, to bill credits, and to keep the service reliable and secure.

Who processes it

pixGravity relies on these services to run:

  • Clerk: Sign-in, accounts and team workspaces.
  • Stripe: Payments and subscriptions (card details are handled by Stripe, never stored by pixGravity).
  • Neon: Database: projects, plans, briefs, credit records.
  • Vercel: Hosting, private file storage, and routing AI requests through the Vercel AI Gateway.
  • AI model providers (via the Vercel AI Gateway): Generating and reviewing content: OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta, Black Forest Labs, Recraft, Kling AI, ByteDance and Alibaba models, depending on the request.

To create content, your request, brief and any reference images are sent to the AI model selected for that task. Whether those providers may retain or train on this data depends on their terms and the gateway's settings: [To be confirmed: AI provider data-retention and training policy].

Storage and access

Files are stored privately. They're served only to signed-in members of the workspace that owns them. Deleting a project deletes its content and files; billing records are kept.

Cookies

pixGravity uses cookies to keep you signed in (set by Clerk) and to remember whether the navigation is expanded. It doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers.
