Data deletion

Draft — under review. pixGravity is in early access, and this page will be finalised before general availability.

Connected social accounts

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube, pixGravity keeps the account's name and id and the access token the network issued, encrypted, so it can publish what you ask to post. To remove them, open Settings → Connected accounts in pixGravity and choose Disconnect. The token is deleted at once, and scheduled posts to that account won't go out. You can also remove pixGravity from the network's side (for example Facebook's Settings → Business integrations, or your Google account's Third-party apps), which stops the token working.

Projects and content

Deleting a project in pixGravity deletes its plans, briefs, pictures, videos, audio, copy and files. You can also delete a single piece from your Library or from the piece's own page: the piece, every version of it and its files go. A picture you placed in another design or on a published page stays there, and your brand's logo file is kept. Billing records are kept.

Your account

To delete your pixGravity account and everything it holds, contact [To be confirmed: contact email] from the email address on the account. Posts already published on a network stay there; remove them in that network's app.
